When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Spain. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take between 2-4 business days for delivery.

Returns:

Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Simple Process: To start the returns process, simply contact our customer service team through our Contact page or email us at info@travelcampbrand.com. We will provide you with detailed instructions to make the process as easy as possible.

Return Conditions:

  • Make sure the garments are in their original condition, unworn and with tags intact.
  • Shipping costs will be borne by the customer if the return is not due to a defect in the product.

Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive and verify your return, we will process your refund or exchange according to your preferences. Refunds are made through the original payment method.
